MLK Leadership

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. (MLK), was a leader with integrity, determination, and
intelligence. He served others as he led, and he left the world a better place to be. An
icon of the civil rights movement, he offers us an example of courage, commitment, and
advocacy. He was committed to the cause of racial equality, and he courageously
advocated for those being burdened by Jim Crow laws. He has inspired generations of
leaders. This award recognizes a corporate leader who exemplifies the same leadership
attributes as MLK.

Recipients of the Emerging Leader Award meet the following criteria:
