Top Global Influencers

Global Influencers lead the charge for inclusion and belonging in the workplace. These leaders advocate for internal social justice policies and educate those they work with about issues of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. They inspire us with the work they do. This award honors those who further the cause of DEI by putting these ideas into practice within their own organizations and influencing others to do the same.

Criteria

Demonstrates transformational motivational leadership characteristics in the DEI community
Contributes to creating a body of knowledge on DEI concepts both externally and in the workplace
Mentors and develops emerging leaders from diverse groups
Sustains a record of influencing positive change and accelerating inclusive environments
